When it comes to factory inspection, many friends who do foreign trade must have experienced various audits and factory inspections. Recently, Disney updated the new audit requirements, Disney's upgraded version of the health and safety standards will be implemented on March 1, 2023.

According to the new health and safety standards, all issues are divided into 8 categories, totalling 90 health and safety issues.

According to the severity of the problem, it is divided into red light items - minimum compliance MCS problems, as long as one violation is judged to fail the audit, orange light items - serious problems, up to 3 that is upgraded to red, aggravated in nature, affecting the audit results, yellow - non-MCS problems, do not affect the final audit results.

The following issues with waste MCS have increased to serious after March 1:

If three or more serious violations are found in a single audit, each will be rated as an MCS violation and the audit will be deemed invalid by Disney.

■ The factory does not provide workers with occupational health checks;

■ Personal protective equipment (PPE) related costs, including PPE maintenance and replacement costs are borne by the worker;

■ The factory does not provide workers with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), or workers do not wear PPE properly;

■ Machine/equipment shields or safety devices are not properly installed, maintained or tested;

■ The worker does not use the safety device installed on the machine;

■ The factory does not provide the construction project completion acceptance certificate;

■ The factory does not provide secondary containers for chemicals;

■ The factory does not properly store dangerous goods;

■ The factory does not separate dormitories by sex;

■ The factory does not provide adequate and safe drinking water for workers in the workplace or dormitory;

■ The factory does not provide the construction project fire acceptance/record certification documents or the fire acceptance/record certification documents do not cover all buildings;

■ The factory does not regularly inspect and maintain all evacuation routes, exit facilities, fire detection and fire suppression systems or the factory does not have an inspection plan in place;

■ The distance of export inspection does not meet the requirements.
