EQA quality inspection grade classification

Green: The total score is greater than 80%, and the score of each part is greater than 60%, and any failure is 0; Valid for 3 years;

Yellow: The total score is greater than or equal to 60, and the score of each part is greater than 40%, and the key terms (marked with triangles and stars) shall not be 0; It is valid for 2 years.

Orange: An overall score of 60 or less, or 0 for any key clause (marked with a triangle symbol); It is valid for half a year.

Red: Orange 3 times in a row results in Red.

Note: Questions marked with triangles are Basic Questions, and questions marked with stars are Critical Questions. Each question has a score of 4,3,2,1,0.
